Everyone’s experience is different, and this list isn’t a diagnosis. If several of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation.
Low mood most days, for weeks at a time
Loss of interest in things you used to enjoy
Sleeping too much or too little
Fatigue that rest doesn’t fix
Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
Feeling worthless, guilty, or hopeless

How Dr. Wu works
Sessions are one-to-one, by secure video, and shaped around what you want to work on. In the first session you’ll talk through what brought you here, your history, and what you would like to be different.
That depends on you. Dr. Wu is a psychologist and does not prescribe medication. If medication seems worth exploring, she can talk it through with you and coordinate with your physician or psychiatrist.
How long does therapy usually take?
It varies with what you’re working through and what you want from therapy. You and Dr. Wu will review how things are going as you go.
Do you treat bipolar disorder?
Yes. Dr. Wu works with adults managing bipolar disorder as part of her mood-related practice.
